The image was hand stitched onto the fabric then pulled to create a resist then dipped in an organic indigo vat. Canadian knit modal fabric that is uv protective, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal absorbs the indigo beautifully. The dress was dipped many times to achieve this original blue. Perfect for travel, worn with jeans or leggings and perfect for a bathing cover in the summer.
